Established in 2025, Salud on the Rocks proudly provides mobile bartending in the South Florida area providing top-tier service at events such as weddings, birthdays, corporate events and much more! As a “dry hire” service, Salud on the Rocks gives clients the freedom to choose the service they need to match their special event.
Salud on the Rocks works closely with our clients to provide a service specifically tailored to their event. We focus on minimizing cost and maximizing service quality to ensure every client enjoys the best possible experience.
Although we do not provide alcohol, we ensure our clients receive a detailed alcohol list of what’s needed- including quantities and types- to guarantee that everything aligns perfectly with the specific event and guest count.

Meet the Founder
Marc Vargas first found his love for bartending while he was working part-time as a bartender and pursuing his Business degree at Florida Gulf Coast University. His passion for bartending and intuition in business pushed him to create Salud on the Rocks.
With Marc’s experience, Salud on the Rocks strives to provide high-class bartending service while maintaining exceptional business standards tailored to each client’s unique needs.
