Is Salud on the Rocks insured and certified?
Yes! Our company is insured for Liquor Liability Insurance which is needed for most venues. All of our bartenders have TIPS Certification which allows us to remain compliant with state alcohol training requirements. Insurance and certifications are already included in your package!
Do you supply the alcohol for your events?
As a “Dry Hire” business, we do not supply the alcohol. We give our clients the freedom to choose what alcohol they want for their event. This freedom allows clients the opportunity to cut costs and provide exactly what they want. During consultation, we will assist our clients in choosing what alcohol will be best suited for their event. We even provide a shopping list that is catered to the number of guests so that we make sure their is not an excess amount of spending! Aside from the alcohol, we are able to provide everything that is needed to make sure your next event is an unforgettable experience, without the financial and mental stress!
Is gratuity included in the package price?
We add a separate 20% gratuity charge on top of our packages that is directly given to our bartenders for their services. The gratuity charge will automatically be in the final invoice for services but can be taken care of several ways. Clients have the option to allow bartenders to receive tips during the event service and if the charged amount is covered in tips, clients will receive that portion back! Clients also have the option to simply cover the gratuity charge whether or not our bartenders are allowed to receive tips during the event.
Why is ice not included in most packages?
The only package that includes ice as part off the purchase is our On the Rocks Package. Most venues or locations provide ice in their prices and it wouldn’t make sense to be double charged for ice if it is already provided. As a custom addition, we allow our clients to have the option to choose if they need this addition to their package, We provide ice based on the number of guests to ensure we can provide our high level of service.
What areas do you serve?
Salud on the Rocks is proud to serve the South Florida area, We are currently based in Fort Lauderdale, FL and provide no charge for travel to locations within a 30 mile radius. Locations outside of our 30 mile range will incur a extra fee. Please contact us if you are seeking service outside of South Florida.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations more that 60 days prior to the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 to 59 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to an event will not receive a refund.
